ReplyHello! Thank you so much for your lesson, it really helped me. I’ve a question to ask you about that I’m left handed person, so how do I play guitar? Normally guitars are for right handed ones, so eventually when left handed person tries to play the strings goes wrong… Please guide me!
ReplyHi
great that you join here 🙂
There are different options for you.
You can pick a guitar for left handed people. I think most people chose this option.
But I also know some left handed guitarist who just play with a normal guitar and held it like right handed people.
You can also take a normal guitar and held it differently.
Try out what is best for you.
Have fun

ReplyHi Michael,
thanks for your message.
I put this song on the wish list. Because of the huge amount of music requests I cannot promise that I can fulfill all of them, but I try.

ReplyHi Hannes
Can you post some comments or a vid to show the right hand picking sequence on the demo on lesson 1 please
Hello Hannes
I am a 66 year old retired steelworker with a little more time on my hands and the desire to learn how to play the guitar.
I have been attempting to self teach myself this beautiful instrument, learning open chords and some notes on the left end of the fretboard as of now, I do realize that the 7 musical notes and 5 sharps and flats continue on the entire fretboard, on all 6 strings but I don’t know them yet, I also don’t have much experience. skill or talent yet including fretting. picking and strumming. You showed us the proper way to form an A minor Chord and how to pick the chord and also strum it cleanly and also strum it in 4\4 time. I enjoyed the lesson and I will continue to practice this and add the next lesson info into my knowledge.
Thank You for teaching us to improve our skills.

Hi Amy
no worries and no hurry. You can do the lessons with every guitar.
But great that you can borrow an electric guitar from your brother but you can also do the videos and lessons with your acoustic guitar.
The links to the lessons are valid for a longer time so that you can practice in your own speed.
Have fun playing guitar
